  • For citizens of India: at least 18 years for women and 21 years for men.

• You must be legally competent to enter into a valid matrimonial contract.

• You must not be prohibited by any applicable laws or court orders from entering into matrimony.

3. Account Registration and Security

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Creating fake profiles or uploading pictures of other individuals is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination.

Account Safety

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Soirik will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

Profile Creation

A profile can be created by:

• The individual seeking marriage

• Their parents

• Siblings

• Legally appointed guardians

4. Code of Conduct

While using Soirik, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful.

• Use the platform for commercial purposes, dating, networking, or soliciting funds.

• Harass or intimidate other members.

• Share the personal contact information of other members without their explicit consent.

5. Content Rights

By submitting information and photos to Soirik, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your profile to other registered members on the platform.

You retain full ownership of your data, and you may delete your profile at any time.

6. Termination

Soirik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

3. Fraud Warning

Users are strongly advised to exercise caution when communicating with other members.
